Lisa is now accommodating requests for one-on-one sessions.  All sessions are held at state-of-the-art private training facility,  Evolution Trainers in Mountain View, California.  Lisa is available for appointments on Tuesdays and Thursdays between 6am and 2pm.

Details

It is strongly encouraged that new clients commit to a minimum of three months of training, twice per weekAfter the initial 3 months, clients may decide in what capacity they would like to continue their training.

All new clients are required to have an initial evaluation session which includes: postural analysis, testing for muscular imbalances, testing for deviations in movement patterns and joint range of motion (flexibility) testing.

The first 6 weeks of training will be supported by weekly InnerState Coaching, after which time the client may decide to continue InnerState Coaching sessions for an additional cost at his or her discresion.

All sessions are 1-hour in length and held at Evolution Trainers in Mountain View, California.

Fee Structure

Training sessions are charged at a flat-rate of $110/session.

 

Policies

Payments

Payments are made for training sessions at the beginning of the month.  Number of sessions each month is determined on an individual basis between Lisa and the client .

Cancellations and Reschedules

Cancellations and reschedules must be made at least 24 hours in advance in order to avoid being billed. Clients are allowed a maximum of  two reschedules per month without being charged.
