Coaching from the Inside-Out is an intensive and experiential (learn by doing) 8-week telecourse for endurance coaches, personal trainers and health and fitness professionals. During the first 4-weeks we’ll be exploring the basics of beliefs and belief systems while learning how to use two powerful tools to elicit transformation in your clients. Coaches will experience first-hand how these tools work before taking them out into the field. All participants will work with a study partner once per week through out the length of the 8-week course to complete coaching homework together.
The second half of the course involves practical application of the concepts and tools learned during the in the preceeding 4 weeks. Weeks 5 thru 8 are designed to support participants in their learning process by providing them with a specific step-by-step guide to integrating these tools with their current coaching services. Our meetings will shift to facilitated group discussions around specific concepts as well as case studies of real clients. Each participant will be invited to share his or her experience of coaching from the inside-out during these meetings.
All sessions are an hour and fifteen minutes long and will be recorded and provided at no extra cost.
