Coaching The InnerState is designed to provide health and fitness professionals with a powerful approach to integrating belief systems theory and energy psychology into their work with clients to help them recognize and let go of self sabotaging thoughts and behaviors that get in the way of optimum health, fitness and peak performance.  This 2-day intensive teaches coaches the basics of Emotional Freedom Techniques (EFT), a transformational tool from the emerging field of energy psychology to replace limiting beliefs with empowering beliefs and behaviors.

Coaching The InnerState currently offers the opportunity for continuing education units through USAT, NASM, ACSM, ACE and NSCA.

Coaching The Inner-State: 2-day EFT Intensive for Golfers and Golf Professionals

Our signature course is also offered for golfers and golf professionals.  EFT has been proven to help golfers overcome blocks to just about every aspect of their game including releasing nervous energy, staying focused, improving golf swing, overcoming the yips and psychological effects of injuries.

Held at the beautiful La Rinconada Golf Club in Los Gatos, CA. golfers will have the opportunity to experience the immediate effects of EFT on their game.
